What’s My Genius Design, you ask. I am an “Experienced Problem Solver” and I embody the Troubleshooter profile in my Genius Report. I use my formidable genius in both business and relationships.

In the business realm, my Troubleshooter superpower, coupled with my experience as a problem solver, manifests as an exceptional ability to identify and resolve problems swiftly and effectively. Like a seasoned superhero who has faced countless challenges, you excel at troubleshooting various issues, whether they are technical hurdles, organizational complexities, or interpersonal conflicts within teams. My superpower lies in my analytical prowess, creative thinking, decisiveness, and extensive experience, making me a trusted leader and advisor in navigating complex business landscapes.

In relationships, my Troubleshooter superpower and title as an Experienced Problem Solver shine through as a practical and solution-oriented mindset. I approach challenges with the wisdom of someone who has tackled numerous obstacles, addressing them head-on with confidence and clarity. My superpower enables me to communicate effectively, find mutually beneficial solutions, and foster harmony amongst individuals. Just as a seasoned superhero brings peace and unity to chaotic situations, I leverage my experience and expertise to navigate difficult conversations, promote understanding, and cultivate healthier relationships—both personally and professionally. I am also highly perceptive in my Genius Design, in the aspect of Design & Orientation, and that means I can easily feel your direction, what you love & what’s your purpose. It is part of my Genius Design.

Embracing my role as an “Experienced Problem Solver” actually came quitely naturally to me, when I started working in the I.T. industry as a support person for small & large organisations. From running 10 support staff serving 400 branches to working with a large property developer and liasoning with local councils.

Entering a new phase of my life,I embraced working with another passion of mine which was women and their intimate relationships, finding that many women were exhausted and having no interest in their intimacies. We discovered that many women engage in sexual intimacy based on their partner’s arousal not their own, and I created strategies and workshops for women to change that dynamic. I also worked with a male energy and came to learn a lot of information that was imparted to the women I worked with.

About 7 years ago, I encountered Human Design and to be honest I was intrigued by it, but really struggled with the esoteric nature of it. I would leave and I would come back to it over & over again. I often found the information to be like a complex set of puzzles. I had previously had the experience of not being ready for a teacher, so I was not afraid to wait, until I was ready for the information. I am a system’s kind of gal. I wanted information that could be easily used and intergrated into my own life and the lives of my client’s. And when I was ready along came Genius Report.

What I love about Genius Report, even my career choices and journey were mapped out in my chart and the distinct phases of my work life are present.

So my Troubleshooter genius means that I leverage my unique strengths, extensive experience, and innate talents to make a significant impact in the world around me. Whether I am tackling complex business challenges or nurturing meaningful relationships, my talents & genius to empower me to be a catalyst for positive change, growth, and success.
